For any reason(s) the User’s recharge request is not successful, the User must contact at support@ezrecharge.in withall relevant details

     • Mobile Number upon which Recharge request has been made.
     • ezTrack ID (Order Number)
     • E-Mail address to communicate.
     • Time and Date of Recharge.
     • Amount of Recharge.
     • Mode of Payment used.

Upon receipt of such email request ezRecharge.in will process the same and if found in after confirmation, Refund the amount to the user within maximum 10 working days.
